This invention relates to a process for producing a multiplicity of micro fluidic arrangements (1) from a plate-shaped composite structure, wherein each arrangement comprises a groove structure (4) which forms flow channels and the dimensions of which are in the micrometre range. The lines (6) for the optional subsequent mechanical separation of bridging groove structures (4) are joined to each other and are partly or completely filled with a filling medium (7) before mechanical machining. The medium (7) is selected so that it is not removed from the groove structures (1) either by the mechanical machining or by aids used during mechanical machining. Afterwards, however, the filling medium (7) is removed from the groove structures (6) by suitable measures. The groove structures (4) are thereby prevented from becoming blocked due to mechanical contaminants. An atomiser which is provided with the nozzle arrangement is also proposed.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de plusieurs configurations microfluidiques (1) à partir d'une structure composite en forme de plaque. Chaque configuration comprend une structure de rainure (4) qui présente des canaux de flux, selon des dimensions de l'ordre du micromètre. Les lignes (6) correspondant à la séparation mécanique ultérieure des structures de rainure passerelles (4) se rejoignent et sont partiellement ou complètement remplies de milieu de charge (7) avant l'usinage mécanique. On choisit le milieu (7) de sorte qu'il ne puisse pas être extrait des structures de rainure (1) par l'usinage mécanique ou par des aides utilisées pendant cet usinage. Ultérieurement, en revanche, ledit milieu (7) est retiré des structures de rainure (6) par des moyens appropriés. Lesdites structures (4) échappent ainsi au risque de blocage par des contaminants mécaniques. L'invention concerne également un atomiseur à système de buse ainsi constitué.
