The present invention refers to a process for stabilyzing LAA in an aqueous medium, which comprises the step of contacting the LAA with at least one compound capable of forming hydrogen bridges with the LAA. In another aspect, the invention relates to a stable aqueous LAA composition which comprises, in addition to said ascorbic acid, at least one compound which is linked to the LAA by hydrogen bridges, and to a process for preparing it. The present invention further relates to an emulsion including, in its aqueous phase, at least one compound linked to levogyre ascorbic acid (LAA) by hydrogen bridges. Further according to the present invention, a vitamin product is provided, in which a stable LAA composition as described above is contained in organic envelopes which enable a gradual and prolonged release of said LAA into the organism. Said vitamin product may further comprise a compound capable of stimulating the metabolism of the fibroblasts. The present invention further relates to a method for cosmetic, therapeutic or nutritional treatment, which comprises the administration of a composition as described above.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de stabilisation de LAA dans un milieu aqueux, le procédé consistant à mettre en contact LAA avec au moins un composé capable de former des liaisons hydrogènes avec LAA. Dans un autre aspect, l'invention concerne une composition de LAA aqueuse stable comprenant, outre l'acide ascorbique, au moins un composé lié à LAA par des liaisons hydrogènes, ainsi que son procédé de préparation. La présente invention concerne en outre une émulsion comprenant, dans sa phase aqueuse, au moins un composé lié à l'acide ascorbique lévogyre (LAA) par des liaisons hydrogènes. La présente invention concerne également un produit vitaminé dans lequel une composition de LAA stable telle que décrite ci-dessus est contenue dans des enveloppes organiques qui permettent une libération graduelle et prolongée de LAA dans l'organisme. Ce produit vitaminé peut également comprendre un composé capable de stimuler le métabolisme des fibroblastes. La présente invention concerne enfin une méthode de traitement cosmétique, thérapeutique ou nutritionnel, la méthode consistant en l'administration d'une composition telle que celle décrite ci-dessus.
