The process for the organoleptic modification of fabrics and clothing items consists in spraying or brushing on the clothing items or fabrics an aqueous mixture of polyurethane resin, partially drying the treated fabric, hot pressing the fabric, and drying it completely to polymerize the mixture; the plant for carrying out said method consists of a sequence of stations placed along a conveyor on which the fabric or clothing item to be treated is placed, said stations being positioning, mixture application, pressing and calendering, and final drying; the thus obtained fabric has a structure with vapor-permeable holes and the appearance thereof is plasticized and soft on touch.
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de modification organoleptique de tissus et d'articles vestimentaires qui consiste à vaporiser ou appliquer à la brosse un mélange aqueux de résine de polyuréthanne sur les tissus ou sur les articles vestimentaires à traiter; après un séchage partiel, les tissus ainsi traités font l'objet d'un pressage à chaud avant d'être séchés complètement aux fins de polymérisation du mélange; l'installation utilisée pour la réalisation du procédé en question comporte une suite de postes organisés en fonction de la séquence des opérations le long d'un convoyeur sur lequel défilent les tissus ou les articles vestimentaires à traiter; les postes en question sont dédiés aux opérations suivantes : positionnement des articles, application du mélange, pressage à chaud, calandrage et séchage final; les tissus ainsi traités présentent une structure dotée de trous perméables à la vapeur, ont une apparence plastifiée et un toucher doux.
