The present invention relates to a process for the presentation of 1-amino-1-methyl-3(4)-aminomethyl cyclohexane (AMCA) by a) catalytically hydrogenating 1-formamido-1-methyl-3(4)-cyano cyclohexane (FMC) in a first reaction stage to form 1-formamido-1- methyl-3(4)-aminomethyl cyclohexane (FMA), 1-amino-1-methyl- 3(4)-formamidomethyl cyclohexane (AMF), 1-formamido-1-methyl- 3(4)-formamidomethyl cyclohexane (FMF) and/or AMCA, and b) reacting FMA, AMF and/or FMF in a second reaction stage with an alkaline compound to from AMCA and a formic acid derivative, and c) separating the reaction mixture obtained in step b) into components by fractional distillation and/or by crystallization and filtration. The present invention is also relates to carrying the hydrogenation reaction of step a) in the presence of a formulating agent to form 1-formamido-1-methyl-3(4)-formamidomethyl cyclohexane (FMF). Finally, the present invention relates to the intermediate products 1-formamido-1-methyl-3(4)-aminomethyl cyclohexane (FMA) and 1-formamido-1-methyl-3(4)-formamidomethyl cyclohexane (FMF).
L'invention porte sur une méthode pour l'obtention de 1-amino-1-méthyl-3(4)-aminométhylcyclohexane (AMCA) par : a) hydrogénation catalytique du 1-formamido-1-méthyl-3(4)-cyanocyclohexane (FMC) dans un premier stade pour former le 1-formamido-1-méthyl-3(4)-aminométhylcyclohexane (FMA), le 1-amino-1-méthyl- 3(4)-formamidométhylcyclohexane (AMF), le 1-formamido-1-méthyl- 3(4)-formamidométhylcyclohexane (FMF) et (ou) l'AMCA; b) réaction du FMA, de l'AMF et (ou) du FMF dans un deuxième stade, avec un composé alcalin pour former l'AMCA et un dérivé d'acide formique; c) fractionnement du mélange réactionnel obtenu en b en divers constituants par distillation fractionnée et (ou) par cristallisation et filtration. L'invention porte également sur l'hydrogénation en a, qui est effectuée en présence d'un agent en formant le 1-formamido-1-méthyl-3(4)-formamidométhylcyclohexane (FMF). Enfin, l'invention porte sur les produits intermédiaires 1-formamido-1-méthyl-3(4)-aminométhylcyclohexane (FMA) et 1-formamido-1-méthyl-3(4)-formamidométhylcyclohexane (FMF).
