A process for preparing a moisture-curable, polyether urethane containing terminal cyclic urea/reactive silane groups by reacting at an NCO:OH equivalent ratio of 1.5:1 to 2.5:1 a) a hydroxyl component containing i) a polyether containing two hydroxyl groups and one or more polyether segments, wherein the polyether segments have a number average molecular weight of at least 3000 and a degree of unsaturation of less than 0.04 milliequivalents/g, and ii) a polyether containing one hydroxyl group and one or more polyether segments having a number average molecular weight of 1000 to 15,000, with b) an isocyanate component containing i) a compound containing two isocyanate groups, and ii) a compound containing one isocyanate group, and subsequently reacting this reaction product at an equivalent ratio of isocyanate groups to isocyanate-reactive groups of 0.8:1 to 1.1:1 with c) a compound containing an aspartate group and a reactive silane group to form an intermediate polyether urethane containing terminal non-cyclic urea/reactive silane groups and converting the non-cyclic urea groups to cyclic urea groups by reacting the intermediate polyether urethane.
La présente invention a trait à un procédé de préparation d'uréthane de polyéther durcissable à l'humidité avec des groupes terminaux urée cycliques/ silane réactifs par la réaction à un rapport équivalent NCO:OH entre 1,5 :1 et 2,5 :1 a) d'un constituant hydroxyle contenant i) un polyéther comprenant deux groupes hydroxyles et un ou des segments de polyéther, dans lequel les segments de polyéther présentent un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre égal ou supérieur à 3000 et un degré d'insaturation inférieur à 0,04 milliéquivalents/g, et ii) un polyéther comprenant un groupe hydroxyle et un ou des segments de polyéther présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre compris entre 1000 et 15000, avec b) un constituant isocyanate contenant i) un composé comprenant deux groupes isocyanates, et ii) un composé comprenant un groupe isocyanate, et la réaction ultérieure de ce produit réactionnel à un rapport équivalent de groupes isocyanates/groupes réactifs à l'isocyanate de 0,8 :1 à 1,1 :1 avec c) un composé comprenant un groupe aspartate et un groupe silane réactif pour former un uréthane de polyéther intermédiaire contenant des groupes terminaux urée non cycliques/silane réactifs et la conversion des groupes urée non cycliques en groupes urée cycliques par la réaction de l'uréthane de polyéther intermédiaire.
