An isolation tool having removable twin hydraulic cylinders is disclosed. The tool has upper and lower beams, spaced by the hydraulic cylinders for stroking the isolation tool into a wellbore. When the upper and lower beams are closely spaced apart, adjustable anti-rotational stub rods replace the removable cylinders. The anti-rotational stub rods prevent the upper and lower beams of the isolation tool from becoming rotationally misaligned during well treatment operations. Enabling the removal of the cylinders improves accessibility to equipment attached to the isolation tool.
