A receiving part for a retaining component of a vertebral column implant, having a fork-shaped section for receiving the retaining component, with the inner wall of the fork-shaped section including inner threaded portions into which there may be screwed a screw which via a pressing element or directly, acts on the retaining component in the fork-shaped section. The inner threaded portions and the outer thread of the screw comprises a saw tooth thread of a shape that the steep flank of the inner threaded portions face away from the opening of the fork-shaped section.
L'invention porte sur une pièce de réception pour un élément de retenue d'un implant de la colonne vertébrale. La pièce en question présente une partie en fourche, conçue pour recevoir l'élément de retenue. La partie susmentionnée comprend une paroi interne qui présente un filetage interne. Une vis peut y être vissée, vis qui, directement ou à l'aide d'un élément de pressage, agit sur l'élément de retenue logé dans la partie en fourche. Le filetage interne de la pièce et celui externe de la vis sont en dent de scie. Ils ont une telle forme que la face du flanc escarpé du filetage interne est opposée à l'ouverture de la partie en fourche.
