The present invention relates to a locking system designed for packages intended particularly for packing make-up comprising refills without the use of adhesives. The locking system for packages comprises: - a base (1) having a side wall (11); - a cover (3) cooperating with the base (1 ); - a refill (2) composed by at least one first cavity (4); said locking system being characterized in that: - the refill (2) comprises at least one first securing means (21 ) in the form of a side projection facing outwardly and a second securing means (22) in the form of a side projection facing outwardly and having a curved end; - the first securing means (21) being opposed to the second securing means (22); - the side wall (11) having at least one first opening (12) cooperating with the first securing means (21 ) and a second opening (13) cooperating with the second securing means (22); - the refill (2) being fitted into the base (1) by association between the first securing means (21 ) and the first opening (12) and then association between the second securing means (22) and the second opening (13). The present invention further relates to packages comprising said locking system and the refill comprised in this system.
L'invention concerne un système de verrouillage conçu pour des boîtiers destinés en particulier à l'emballage de produits de maquillage, et comprenant des recharges qui sont fixées sans utilisation d'adhésifs. Ce système de verrouillage pour boîtiers comprend une base (1) comportant une paroi latérale (11), un couvercle (3) coopérant avec la base (1), une recharge (2) formant au moins une première cavité (4), ledit système de verrouillage étant caractérisé en ce que la recharge (2) comprend au moins un premier dispositif (21) de fixation se présentant sous forme d'une protubérance latérale dirigée vers l'extérieur, et un second dispositif (22) de fixation se présentant sous forme d'une protubérance latérale dirigée vers l'extérieur et présentant une extrémité incurvée, le premier dispositif (21) de fixation étant placé à l'opposé du second dispositif (22) de fixation. La paroi latérale (11) présente au moins une première ouverture (12) qui coopère avec le premier dispositif (21) de fixation, et une seconde ouverture (13) qui coopère avec le second dispositif (22) de fixation. La recharge (2) vient s'insérer dans la base (1) par couplage du premier dispositif (21) de fixation avec la première ouverture (12), puis par couplage du second dispositif (22) de fixation avec la seconde ouverture (13). L'invention se rapporte en outre à des boîtiers comprenant ledit système de verrouillage, ainsi qu'à la recharge comprise dans le système.
