An earthquake-proofing reinforcing metal fitting for reinforcing a wooden building by attaching it to the joint part of a building structural material such as a foundation, a column, a beam, a girder, and others so that the wooden building is not collapsed even if a strong vibration is applied to it by an earthquake or a typhoon, thus jointing three-dimensionally crossed building structural materials (A) and (A) to each other, characterized in comprising a first reinforcement base material (1) which is made by bending a plate material made of high tension steel by 90? and fixed to one building structural material (A) and a second reinforcement base material (2) fixed to an other building structural material (A) arranged symmetrically with the first reinforcement base material (1) going through a hinge device (4), wherein the second reinforcement base material (2) is formed so that a plate material made of high tension steel is bent by 90? and a damping member (3) having rubber elasticity is installed at its multiple positions, and one building structural material (A) is fixed to the other building structural material (A) through damping member (3) so as to joint the other building structural material (A) to one building structural material (A).

Cette invention concerne un raccord métallique de renforcement parasismique destiné à un bâtiment en bois, Ce raccord se fixe sur la partie jointive d'un élément structural de construction tel que fondation, pilier, poutre, etc. de telle sorte que le bâtiment en bois ne s'effondre pas même s'il subit à une forte secousse provoquée par un tremblement de terre ou un cyclone. Ce raccord, qui relie l'un à l'autre des éléments structuraux tridimensionnels d'entrecroisement (A), se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend un premier élément-renfort de base (1) obtenu par cintrage à 90·d'une plaque d'acier à haute résistance, fixée à l'un des éléments structuraux (A) du bâtiment, un second élément-renfort de base (2) fixé à un autre élément structural de construction (A) et disposé symétriquement par rapport au premier élément (1) via un dispositif articulé (4). Le second élément-renfort de base (2) est formé de sorte que l'élément en plaque d'acier à haute résistance est cintré à 90·, cependant qu'un élément amortisseur (3) ayant l'élasticité du caoutchouc est installé en de multiples positions. Un élément structural de construction (A) est fixé à l'autre élément structural de construction (A) par un élément amortisseur (3).
