A remote monitor system for a control bar 18 having position indicating indicia 20 thereon includes a housing 12 having an aperture 34 in a sidewall communicating between the control bar 18 and an exterior housing surface 36. An explosion proof enclosure 42 is mounted exteriorly of the housing 12 and has a transparent window 44 in alignment with the aperture 34. A video camera 50 positioned within the enclosure 42 has a lens 52 with a visual path through the window 44 and aperture 34. A radio transmitter 54 is positioned within the enclosure 42, is connected to the camera 50 and is configured to transmit a video images. A battery power source 52A within the explosion proof enclosure 42 provides energy to the camera 50 and transmitter for providing remotely receivable control bar position indicating images.
L'invention concerne un système de télésurveillance destiné à une barre de contrôle (18) pourvue d'indices d'indication de positions (20). Ce système comporte un logement (12) doté d'une ouverture (34) dans une paroi latérale communiquant entre la barre de contrôle (18) et une surface externe du logement (36). Une enceinte antidéflagrant (42) est montée à l'extérieur du logement (12) et possède une fenêtre transparente (44) dans l'alignement de l'ouverture (34). Une caméra vidéo (50) disposée au sein de ladite enceinte (42) présente une lentille (52) avec une voie optique à travers la fenêtre (44) et l'ouverture (34). Un émetteur radio (54) est placé à l'intérieur de l'enceinte (42), il est connecté à la caméra (50) et configuré pour transmettre des images vidéo. Une source d'alimentation par batterie (52A) au sein de ladite enceinte (42) fournit de l'énergie à la caméra (50) et à l'émetteur de manière à produire des images d'indication de position de la barre de contrôle recevables à distance.
