This invention discloses a retaining wall structure and interlocking members with its making method. The said retaining wall, including earthen wall made using flexible wall units and interlocking members between adjacent courses made to interconnect wall units in-between. The said interlocking members comprise main plate and projections extending from the upper and the lower sides respectively of the plate. The said projections are configured to protrude fully into the said wall units. The said main plate has vent holes for drainage. The interlocking members under this Invention possess drainage holes so that the accumulated rainwater can filtrate through the soil freely and effectively and reduce the hydrostatic pressure to make the wall safe and stable. This retaining wall is not easily soaked and eroded by water so people and properties are secured.
