The invention describes a disposable device for operations on the arteria haemorroidalis, which comprises a retractor tube (1), closed and rounded on the end (101) which is inserted in the anal cavity, and open and diverging on the external end (201) to which is connected a griping handle (M) which removably houses a luminous source (F). In the connection zone of the handle to the external mouth of the retractor there is provided a channel (C) which contains a parabola (5) which reflects the light supplied from said luminous source (F) and which sends the reflected light inside of the same retractor, to illuminate a lateral window (8) through which appears the rectal mucosa upon which the operation must be made for the ligature of the arteria haemorroidalis. The haematic flow of the arteria haemorroidalis and the same artery are detected with precision by means of an ultrasonic probe removably housed in a longitudinal chamber (10) provided at the interior of the retractor tube, aligned to said window (8), opened on the mouth (201) of the same retractor and also provided with a lateral opening (7) to allow to the sensor of the probe to touch the anal mucosa. The probe is preferably protected in a thin, disposable and easily removable sterilised sheath, to allow the hygienical re-utilization of the same probe.
L'invention concerne un écarteur destiné à des opérations chirurgicales sur l'arteria haemorrhoidalis. Cet écarteur comprend un tube d'écarteur (1) possédant une extrémité distale fermée et arrondie (101) destinée à être insérée dans la cavité anale, une fenêtre? ¿(8) sur sa surface latérale, fenêtre à travers laquelle l'artère est ligaturée, et une extrémité ouverte proximale (201) à laquelle est reliée une poignée (M) qui loge de façon amovible une source lumineuse (F). Dans la partie (601) reliant la poignée à l'extrémité distale du tube d'écarteur est situé un canal logeant un miroir parabolique qui réfléchit la lumière de la source lumineuse dans le tube d'écarteur afin d'illuminer la fenêtre latérale. Une sonde ultrasonore destinée à détecter l'artère est logée de façon amovible dans une chambre longitudinale (10) située à l'intérieur du tube d'écarteur, s'étendant de l'extrémité proximale du tube d'écarteur à une ouverture latérale (7). Cette sonde ultrasonore est de préférence protégée par une gaine stérilisée fine, jetable, et que l'on peut facilement enlever afin de permettre une réutilisation hygiénique de cette même sonde.
