A road machine for preventing slippery roads and comprising a means for discharging and spreading material for preventing slippery roads as well as a device for verifying the discharge function. The verifying device comprises a microwave transmitter/receiver (10) and a signal processing circuit (20), which in response to the received signal can detect the presence of discharged material for preventing slippery roads. In this manner it is possible to carry out a contact-free verification of the discharge function of particles moving at a specific speed and in a specific direction.
L'invention se rapporte à une machine pour chaussées destinée à empêcher les chaussées de glisser. Ladite machine comprend un dispositif permettant de déverser du matériau et de le répandre sur les chaussées glissantes, ainsi qu'un dispositif apte à contrôler la fonction de déversement. Le dispositif de contrôle est équipé d'un émetteur/récepteur à micro-ondes (10) et d'un circuit de traitement de signaux (20) lequel, en réponse au signal reçu, peut détecter la présence de matériau déversé pouvant empêcher les chaussées de glisser. Ledit dispositif de contrôle rend ainsi possible le contrôle, sans contact, de la fonction de déversement de particules qui se déplacent à une vitesse déterminée et dans un sens déterminé.
