An apparatus for controlling flow in a flowline under pressure, said apparatus comprising a flow passage having a first end and a second end, and hindering means for reducing the flow in the flow passage, the hindering means being arranged to move between a first and a second position under influence of a pressure difference between the first end and the second end of the flow passage. The reduction of the flow in the flow passage is larger when the hindering means is in the first and second position than when the hindering means is in an intermediate position between said first and second positions. Hereby an improved safety valve, which is adapted to shut off flow in a flow line in two directions, is provided.
L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à réguler un écoulement dans une conduite sous pression. Ce dispositif comprend un passage d'écoulement possédant une première extrémité et une seconde extrémité, ainsi qu'un obturateur destiné à réduire l'écoulement dans le passage d'écoulement, cet obturateur étant conçu pour se déplacer entre une première et une seconde position sous l'effet d'une différence de pression entre la première extrémité et la seconde extrémité du passage d'écoulement. La réduction de l'écoulement dans le passage d'écoulement est plus importante quand l'obturateur se trouve dans la première ou la seconde position que quand il se trouve dans une position intermédiaire entre lesdites première et seconde positions. On obtient ainsi une soupape de sûreté améliorée permettant de bloquer l'écoulement dans les deux sens à l'intérieur d'une conduite.
