A screen for a vibratory separator for screening fluid with material entrained therein introduced on the screen, the screen (100) having, in certain aspects, a plurality of warp wires (104, 106) and a plurality of chute wires (102), the warp wires interwoven with the shute wires, the plurality of warp wires including a plurality of first warp wires (104) and a plurality of spaced-apart support wires (106), the support wires (106) having a diameter greater than a diameter of the warp wires (104). In another aspect, a screen (110) for a vibratory separator for screening fluid with material entrained therein introduced on the screen, the screen having a plurality of warp wires (104, 106) and a plurality of shute wires (102, 108), the warp wires interwoven with the shute wires, the plurality of shute wires including a plurality of first chute wires (102) and a plurality of spaced-apart support wires (108), the support wires (108) having a diameter greater than a diameter of the first shute wires (102). The invention is also directed to a screen arrangement (170) comprising at least two of said screens on top of each other, and to a screen vibratory system (200) comprising screen vibrating apparatus (209) and a screen (202) of the invention.
L'invention concerne un crible pour séparateur à vibrations qui sert à cribler un fluide contenant des matières entraînées introduit sur le crible. L'invention a également trait à un dispositif (170) de crible comprenant au moins deux desdits cribles placés l'un sur l'autre, et à un système (200) de crible vibrant comprenant un dispositif (209) de vibration de crible et un crible (202) de l'invention.
