A seal structure between a first member having a recessed section and a second member having a protruding section on its rear surface and an elastomer covering layer on its front surface, wherein the protruding section is inserted into the recessed section. The second member is provided with a through-hole passing through the second member and formed in a position located at a circumferential edge of the protruding section of the second member. The second member is also provided with a tubular covering layer of an elastomer, the tubular covering layer being formed on the outer circumference of the protruding section so that the tubular covering layer is in continuation of the covering layer formed on the front surface of the second member via the through-hole.
