The invention relates to a seal structure for sealing the inlet/exit gate passageway of an elongated object (1) from a process cavity (A, B) or into such a cavity. The seal structure comprises sheet-metal structures, which essentially delineate the passageway and are removably mounted on the frame structure (3) of said process cavity, and a sweeping seal element (13) enclosing the passageway. The sheet~-metal element structures comprise at least two sheet-metal elements (14, 15, 15x) that have a shape taperingly departing from the frame structure (3) of the process cavity so as to be inclined in the nominal travel direction of the object (1) and are kept compressed mutually against each other so as to hold a seal element (13, 13x) therebetween.
La présente invention a trait à une structure d'étanchéité destinée à l'étanchéification de passage d'entrée/sortie d'un objet de forme allongée (1) depuis ou vers une cavité de traitement (A, B). La structure d'étanchéité comporte des structures en tôle, qui définissent sensiblement le passage et sont montées amovibles sur la structure de montage (3) de ladite cavité de traitement, et un élément d'étanchéité à balayage (13) entourant le passage. Les structures d'éléments en tôle comportent au moins deux éléments en tôle (14, 15, 15x) qui possèdent une forme tronconique depuis la structure de montage (3) de la cavité de traitement afin de présenter une inclinaison dans la direction nominale de déplacement de l'objet (1) et sont maintenus mutuellement comprimés l'un contre l'autre afin de retenir l'élément d'étanchéité (13, 13x) entre eux.
