A pipe (12) for feeding a gas into an oven, a furnaces, or the like (such as a CVI /CVD oven), and in particular into a reaction chamber structure (16) inside the oven, is provided with a gastight tubular sealing device (32) extending radially outside the pipe and defining a path that is practically gastight, along which there extends the as feed pipe. The tubular sealing device is preferably at least partially flexible in the transverse direction and/or the axial direction so as to accommodate positioning defects between a location situated in the reaction chamber and a location where the gas feed pipe penetrates into the oven (which defects may be due, for example, to asymmetrical thermal expansion/contraction).
L'invention concerne une conduite (12) destinée à amener du gaz dans une étuve, un four ou similaire (comme un four d'infiltration / de dépôt chimique en phase vapeur), et en particulier dans une structure (16) de chambre de réaction à l'intérieur du four, ladite conduite étant pourvue d'un dispositif (32) d'étanchéité tubulaire étanche aux gaz s'étendant radialement à l'extérieur de la conduite et définissant un passage pratiquement étanche aux gaz, le long duquel s'étend la conduite d'alimentation en gaz. Le dispositif d'étanchéité tubulaire est de préférence au moins en partie souple dans la direction transversale et / ou la direction axiale de façon à s'adapter à des défauts de positionnement entre un emplacement situé dans la chambre de réaction et un emplacement où la conduite d'alimentation pénètre dans le four (lesdits défauts pouvant être dus, par exemple, à une dilatation / une contraction thermique asymétrique).
