A secure overlay for adhering to a transaction card and electronic device with screen is provided having first and second surfaces, a first surface being adhesive, light stick or static cling, and a second surface being non adhesive, with a printable backing sheet opposed to the first surface, and a possible top plastic sheet, helping stop visual theft of information on cards and electronic device screens, and a sheet of anti- radioactive, antibacterial material adhered to the second surface, or mixed into, applied, printed onto second surface, blocking electromagnetic waves and nonvisual information transmitted by credit cards and electronic devices to thief's, and provides anti-biotic protection. The business card, interchangeable overlay's second surface of the covering, can glow in the dark, contain a hologram image, ruler, bookmark, calendar, drawing, and/or photograph, overlay skins with advertising, having natural edge gripability, embossed ridges, bumps, depressions.
