A hollow seed tube extending between a seed meter and a planting furrow is provided with an integral mounting hook and a resilient and integral mounting assembly that snap fits into a planting unit frame. The mounting assembly comprises two forwardly extending ears each having a transversely extending projection for engaging a mounting hole in the planting unit frame.
