L'invention concerne un système servant à remplacer partiellement un disque biologique et stimulant la croissance naturelle du tissu fibreux ou cartilagineux, ou d'un autre tissu, dans la cavité démontrant une discopathie dégénérative (DDD), ce qui nécessite de remplacer le disque biologique partiellement. On insère des multiplicités d'éléments fibreux naturels en matériau favorisant la croissance du tissu fibrocartilagineux dans cette cavité afin d'induire la croissance tissulaire. Ce matériau peut être combiné à un hydrogel ou à un autre matériau adéquat absorbant l'eau.
