A method of making a compound of Formula VI:wherein Tr is a triphenyl group; R1, R2 and R3 are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, aryl, heteroaryl, and arylalkyl; R4 is C2-C6 alkyl, and R5 and R6 are each independently H or C1-C4 alkyl, involves the step of reacting a compound of Formula V: with Tr-OH to produce a compound of Formula VI. The compounds of Formula VI are useful as intermediates in the manufacture of antibiotic agents. Methods of making compounds of Formula V, and intermediates made or used in the foregoing methods, are also described.
Procédé de fabrication d'un composé correspondant à la formule VI dans laquelle Tr is est un groupe triphényle; R1, R2 et R3 sont chacun sélectionnés indépendamment dans le groupe constitué de H, alkyle C1-C4, alcoxy C1-C4, aryle, hétéroaryle et arylalkyle; R4 est un alkyle C2-C6, et R5 et R6 sont chacun indépendamment H ou un alkyle C1-C4. On fait réagir un composé de la formule V avec Tr-OH pour obtenir un composant correspondant à la formule VI. Les composés de la formule VI sont utiles en tant qu'intermédiaires pour fabriquer des antibiotiques. L'invention concerne aussi des procédés de fabrication des composants correspondant à la Formule V et les intermédiaires produits ou utilisés dans ces procédés.
