A sleeping pillow of generally rectangular shape having a head-receiving cavity having a shallow, essentially V-shaped upper surface to provide a sloped bottom first surface and a sloped bottom second surface extending outwardly and upwardly from a central portion of said upper surface. The pillow provides an alternative to the application of chemical or the like compositions to reduce the on-set of facial wrinkling or peri-occular swelling.
