Solar cooker of the concentrating type, using Compound Parabolic Concentrator type optics (2, 2') comprising a box (1), inside which all its accessories and cooking utensils can be carried; the box being essentially made of plastic compatible with the production of complicated curves characteristic of the referred optics. The present invention includes a version in which electrical energy is used as backup for days without sunshine. Its application extends to other areas beyond the cooking of foodstuffs, in particular to the pasteurisation of water, milk and other products and its usage as a drying system.
L'invention concerne une cuisinière solaire à concentration à l'aide d'optiques de type miroir composé (2, 2') et comprenant un boîtier (1), dans lequel tous les accessoires et ustensiles de cuisson peuvent être transportés. Le boîtier est essentiellement réalisé en plastique compatible avec la production de courbes complexes caractéristiques des optiques de référence. La présente invention comporte une version dans laquelle on utilise l'énergie électrique comme réserve pour les jours sans soleil. Le domaine d'application de cette cuisinière va au-delà de la cuisson de denrées alimentaires pour s'étendre notamment à la pasteurisation de l'eau, du lait et d'autres produits et peut servir de système de séchage.
