The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions in particulate form or in solid dosage forms comprising a combination of a fibrate, notably fenofibrate, and a statin (also known as a HMG CoA reductase inhibitors), which compositions are manufactured without any need of addition of water or an aqueous medium and wherein at least 80% of the active substances (i.e. the fibrate and the statin) are present in the composition in dissolved form in order to ensure suitable bioavailability of both active ingredients upon oral administration.
L'invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques sous forme particulaire ou sous formes posologiques solides comprenant une combinaison d'une fibrate, notamment la fénofibrate, et d'une statine (également connues comme inhibiteurs de HMG CoA réductase). Ces compositions sont fabriquées sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'ajouter de l'eau ou un milieu aqueux et au moins 80 % des substances actives (c'est-à-dire la fibrate et la statine) y sont présentes sous forme dissoute, ce qui assure une biodisponibilité appropriée des deux principes actifs lors de leur administration par voie orale.
