A product obtained from the use of sweeping materials, more particularly by means of recycling domiciliary sweepings. The product obtained by the present invention may be: posts, tables, rods, braces, moldings, cords, roadside ditches, boards or plates (like agglomerated wood) for the manufacture of all type of mouldable products such as, rods, sewers, posts, and any other product that can be made from a mouldable plastic- based material. It comprises of: a first component containing plastic polyethylene and polypropylene materials in a proportion that ranges between 25% and 30% of the final weight of the product; a second component of plastic PET type materials ranges between 30% and 40% of the total weight of the product; and a third component selected from: PVC, styrene, polyamides, polycarbonates, polystyrene, ABS, aluminum and cardboard. A procedure for obtaining a product from sweeping materials is also an object of the present invention, including the step of: separating from sweepings materials plastic materials found without classifying nor washing them; crushing this material in a blades mill; simultaneously warming up and extruding said material to a temperature of up to 300 °C. The present equipment makes possible to reuse those plastics. Basically, the purposed equipment consists of a chassis on which several equipment is mounted for processing said sweeping materials, in a completely independent way. That is, said chassis includes an own electricity-generating group, with two engines fed with oil gas. Said engines impel all the mechanisms involved in the process, water and fuel tanks, water pumps, cooling equipment and all the necessary to carry out the operation in a completely independent way.
Un produit fait à partir de déchets, plus particulièrement de déchets domestiques recyclés. Le produit obtenu au moyen de la présente invention peut être : des poteaux, des tables, des tiges, des supports, des pièces moulées, des cordages, des profilés de fossés routiers, des panneaux ou des plaques (semblables à des pièces de bois aggloméré) servant à la fabrication de tous les types de produits moulés tels que des tiges, des tuyaux d'égout, des poteaux et tous autres produits pouvant être faits de matériaux plastiques moulables. Il contient : un premier élément contenant des matériaux plastiques en polyéthylène et polypropylène dans des proportions correspondant à 25 à 30 % du poids final du produit; un deuxième élément fait de matériaux plastiques de type PET dans des proportions correspondant à 30 à 40 % du poids total du produit: et un troisième élément contenant un des constituants suivants : PCV, styrène, polyamides, polycarbonates, polystyrène, ABS, aluminium et carton. Un procédé de fabrication du produit à partir de matériaux recyclés fait aussi l'objet de la présente invention, y compris les étapes de : séparation des matières plastiques des déchets sans tri ni lavage de ceux-ci; broyage de ces matières dans un broyeur à lames; réchauffage et extrusion simultanés desdites matières à une température maximale de 300 oC. Le présent équipement permet de réutiliser ces matières plastiques. L'équipement consiste essentiellement en un cadre sur lequel sont montés plusieurs pièces d'équipement pour traiter les matières domestiques de façon tout à fait indépendante. C'est-à-dire que ledit cadre comporte son propre groupe électrogène muni de deux moteurs au mazout. Les moteurs entraînent tous les mécanismes participant au procédé, les réservoirs d'eau et de combustible, les pompes à eau, l'équipement de refroidissement et tous les dispositifs nécessaires à l'exécution du procédé d'une manière tout à fait indépendante.
