A sparking device for attachment to a scooter adjacent a wheel of a scooter to provide sparks as the scooter is operated. The device has a support for attachment to the platform of the scooter, the support carrying a drive wheel and sparking means. The drive wheel is operably connected to the sparking means and movable between an inoperative position away from the scooter wheel and an operative position driven by the scooter wheel to operate the sparking means.
