Many people suffer from dry cracking skin on their hands and feet particularly on the heels and knuckles. The usual solution is to apply moisturizing cream or petroleum jelly to the affected area; however, this solution is not always adequate because the moisturizer rubs off or evaporates before it has a chance to work effectively. This item, which covers the entire foot or hand, is a specially constructed slipper or mitten designed to be worn while at rest or while sleeping. Its moisture-proof, inside nylon lining prevents the moisturizer from rubbing off or evaporating too quickly, and a cotton outer layer provides warmth and protection.
