A stabilising and release system, for an agricultural apparatus (1) having a mounting portion (2) for mounting the apparatus (1) to a tractor, a pendulum (10) mounted on the mounting portion (2), and a boom (26) for spraying or cutting, which is pivotally mounted to the pendulum (10) at a pivot point so as to allow pivoting of the boom (26) relative to the pendulum (10). The system stabilises the boom (26) against movement imparted to it by disruptive forces which disturb the natural position of the boom (26) by proving a rigid damper (60) arranged between the support frame and the boom (26) and arranged to damp relative movement of the boom (26) and the mounting frame caused by said disruptive forces, the damper (60) has an articulated coupling (61, 62) which allows the damper (60) to articulate so that the damper (60) can follow the motion of the boom (26) thus damping any undesired swaying action caused by bumps and ruts over which the tractor passes.
L'invention concerne un système de stabilisation et de libération destiné à un appareil agricole possédant une partie de montage destinée au montage de l'appareil sur un tracteur, un pendule monté sur la partie de montage, et un bras de pulvérisation ou d'élagage, monté pivotant sur le pendule à un point de pivotement, de manière à permettre le pivotement du bras par rapport au pendule. Le système stabilise le bras contre le mouvement imparti par des forces de déchirement qui perturbent la position naturelle du bras; il utilise un amortisseur rigide entre le cadre de support et le bras, qui sert à amortir le mouvement du bras par rapport au cadre qui est causé par les forces de déchirement, l'amortisseur étant muni d'un couplage articulé qui permet à l'amortisseur de réagir de manière à pouvoir suivre le mouvement du bras et amortir ainsi tout balancement indésirable provoqué par les bosses et ornières par-dessus desquelles passe le tracteur. L'invention se rapporte aussi à un appareil agricole comprenant le système stabilisateur. Un système de libération ou de fracture est aussi prévu; il réduit les éventuels dommages au bras. Un système de positionnement de bras est aussi prévu.
