A stacked-sheet prefeeder comprises a sheet guiding device for receiving therein a stack of sheets, an intermediate try, a scale former for removing sheets, arranged in a stack and/or in a scalelike mode of arrangement, jointly from the lower surface of the stack received in the sheet guiding device and for introducing these sheets into the intermediate tray in a first direction of movement, a sheet separator for removing from the intermediate tray the respective lowermost sheet as a single sheet in a second direction of movement which is substantially opposed to the first direction of movement, and a guide means arranged in the intermediate tray and used for guiding the sheets in the intermediate tray at their sheet edges constituting the front sheet edges in the second direction of movement, the guide means being implemented as a transport guide means in such a way that it moves the sheet edges in the second direction of movement in the interior of the intermediate tray to the sheet separator in effect the passive slide guide of prior art devices is replaced with an active guide comprising a section of the bottom feed conveyor belt
Ce dispositif de séparation de feuilles empilées comprend: un dispositif de guidage de feuilles (2) servant à recevoir une pile (3) de feuilles; un compartiment intermédiaire (4); un dispositif de formation de nappes (5) servant à retirer des feuilles sous forme de piles ou de nappes, du fond de la pile (3) située dans le dispositif de guidage de feuilles (2) et servant à placer ces feuilles dans une première direction de déplacement dans le compartiment intermédiaire (4); un séparateur de feuilles (6) pour retirer une par une les feuilles situées au fond du compartiment intermédiaire (4), dans une deuxième direction de déplacement pratiquement opposée à la première direction de déplacement; ainsi qu'une unité de guidage (13) placée dans le compartiment intermédiaire (4), servant à guider les feuilles dans le compartiment intermédiaire (4), par leur arête située à l'avant dans la deuxième direction de déplacement. Le dispositif de guidage est conçu en tant que dispositif de transport et de guidage (13) pour déplacer les arêtes situées à l'avant dans la deuxième direction de déplacement, à l'intérieur du compartiment intermédiaire (4), vers le séparateur de feuilles (6).
