The invention relates to a device for a packaging machine to form groups (2) of products (3) and insert them into cartons (4) at a cartoning station (5). The device comprises a stacking line (6) equipped with a controlled outfeed hopper (7) in which an alternating product (3) presser (8) operates. The stacking line (6) comprises a container (9) located at the bottom of the hopper (7) and having a tongue (10) inside it designed to retain the products forming the group (2) which thus grows downwards towards an endwall (11) of the container (9). The container (9) moves alternately from a position in which it is connected with the hopper (7) to a position in which it is connected with the cartoning station (5) where the group (2) is extracted from the container (9) and transferred to the carton (4). The tongue (10) is actuated by linear actuating means (12) synchronized with the packaging machine by programmable control means (13) and providing the enable signal to cut off the hopper (7) to allow the container (9) to move to the cartoning station.
L'invention a trait à un dispositif pour machine à empaqueter servant à former des groupes (2) de produits (3) et à les insérer dans des boîtes (4) à un poste de mise en boîte (5). Le dispositif permet de former une pile (6) alimentée par une trémie (7) à l'intérieur duquel se trouve un presseur (8) de produits (3) à mouvement alternatif. La mise en pile (6) s'effectue dans un contenant (9) situé au fond de la trémie (7) à l'intérieur de laquelle se trouve une languette (10) destinée à retenir les produits constituant le groupe (2) qui descend ensuite vers la paroi d'extrémité (11) du contenant (9). Le contenant (9) est alternativement relié à la trémie (7) et au poste de mise en boîte (5), où le groupe (2) est retiré du contenant (9) et transféré dans une boîte (4). La languette (10) est actionnée par des éléments à déplacement linéaire (12), dont le fonctionnement est synchronisé avec celui de la machine à empaqueter au moyen d'une unité de commande programmable (13) émettant un signal de commande pour refermer la trémie (7) afin de permettre au contenant (9) de se déplacer vers le poste de mise en boîte.
