The compressor has a stator made up of a casing formed by an assembly of parts (7) in a circular arrangement and assembled using longitudinal flanges (2) and sectors (5) demarcating the flow path of gases and fixed to the casing sectors by hooks (8, 9) demarcating substantially air tight chambers (13). The layer of air held in this way, and which is substantially continuous, reduces the transmission of heat to the casing and reduces irregular expansion at its surface which would have the effect of increasing the clearances between the ends of the rotor blades and the stator (6 and 14) and of reducing the efficiency of the machine.
Cette invention concerne un stator de compresseur dont l'enveloppe se compose d'une série de pièces semi-circulaires (7) à rebords longitudinaux d'assemblage (2) et de cloisons (5) délimitant le trajet d'écoulement des gaz et fixées à l'enveloppe par des crochets (8, 9) définissant des enceintes essentiellement hermétiques (13). La couche d'air ainsi orientée, essentiellement continue, réduit la transmission de chaleur à l'enveloppe et la dilatation différentielle ayant pour effet d'agrandir le jeu entre le bout des pales de rotor et le stator (6 et 14) et d'abaisser le rendement de la machine.
