A structure of multi-directions socket of the present invention comprises generally at least two sockets alternately and juxtaposedly integrated with each of other toward opposing directions. Each of the sockets includes a lamp, a copper plate and an electric wire. A slender slit is formed between the two sockets for disposing a slender common copper plate which can connect the electric power between the two sockets. Because the lamps are toward opposing directions, the lamps can present a three-dimensional effect.
