A sucker-ballpen with a permutation-lock includes a nib-holder, a sucker fixed on one end of the nib-holder, a shell comprised of two half-shells pivotally connected to said end of the nip-holder, a driving mechanism arranged inside the nib-holder which can put the half-shells of the shell into an opening position where the sucker is exposed from the shell or a closing position where the sucker is kept in the shell, and a permutation-lock for locking the half shells closed.
