The invention relates to a surgical implant (1) in the form of an intervertebral implant comprising several cavities (2) for receiving bone substitute material of completely synthetic origin. The advantages of the invention are that there is no longer the risk of infection with the choice of a bone substitute material of natural origin and that in addition, the physical characteristics of a synthetic bone substitute material are not exposed to fluctuations (porosity, pore size, resistance to mechanical pressure).
L'invention concerne un implant chirurgical (1) en forme d'implant intervertébral comprenant plusieurs cavités (2) pour recevoir des matériaux de substitution osseuse entièrement synthétiques. Ceci présente l'avantage de supprimer le risque d'infection inhérent au choix d'un matériau de substitution osseuse naturel, les propriétés physiques d'un matériau de substitution osseuse synthétique n'étant en outre pas soumises à des variations (porosité, grosseur de pores, résistance à la pression mécanique).
