The invention concerns a set of surgical instruments for operating on cartilage, bone or body tissue areas, said set of surgical instruments comprising a surgical instrument (1) and a device (2) for guiding this instrument and/or a tissue applicator (3) for introducing tissue at a defect to be covered. According to the invention, the surgical instrument which can be guided in a circular or elliptical manner, or even in other manners, by means of the claimed guide device (2) takes the form of a shaver, scalpel, drill, curette, syringe or also a probe. Depending on the surgical context, however, other instruments for cutting, milling, stamping, sewing or drilling bores in cartilage, bone or body tissue or injecting operative auxiliary substances such as, for example, adhesive, can be guided by the claimed guide device in a specific areal shape.

L'invention concerne une trousse d'instruments chirurgicaux pour travailler sur des surfaces de tissus cartilagineux, osseux ou organiques, comprenant un instrument chirurgical (1) ainsi qu'un dispositif de guidage (2) pour la conduite de cet instrument, et/ou un applicateur de tissus (3) conçu pour insérer des tissus sur un défaut à recouvrir. Par instrument chirurgical pouvant être conduit au moyen du dispositif de guidage (2) proposé, selon un mouvement circulaire, elliptique ou autre, il convient d'entendre l'un des instruments suivants: "shaver", scalpel, perçeuse, curette, seringue ou encore sonde. Selon le problème à résoudre par la chirurgie, on peut aussi, avec le dispositif de guidage proposé, diriger sur un trajet d'une certaine forme d'autres instruments, que ce soit pour couper, fraiser, estamper, coudre ou perforer des tissus cartilagineux, osseux ou organiques ou pour injecter des substances d'aide opératoire, par exemple de la colle.
