An event detection and storage system comprising: a vehicle detection device connected to an input port to detect the passage of a vehicle, a traffic sign red light detector, a registered vehicles monitoring array, a control module that manipulates an infraction film in association with the registered vehicles monitoring array, a video capture device that supplies images to the control module, a radar, a data transmission and reception device connected to the radar, an excess speed alert device, and a semaphore control connected to an output port, the system being configured in such manner that during the operation thereof there is generated the film such that when an event occurs, there is obtained a film of the moments that preceded the event, during the event and after the event. The invention also discloses an event detection method using the above system.
La présente invention concerne un système de détection et de stockage d'événements comportant: un dispositif de détection de véhicules relié à un point de connexion d'entrée pour détecter le passage d'un véhicule, un détecteur de feu rouge d'un feu de signalisation, un réseau de contrôle de véhicules enregistrés, un module de contrôle qui effectue une prise de vues d'une infraction en association avec le réseau de contrôle de véhicules enregistrés, un dispositif de prise d'images vidéo fournissant des images au module de contrôle, un radar, un dispositif de transmission et de réception de données relié au radar, un dispositif d'alerte d'excès de vitesse, et une commande de sémaphore reliée à un point de connexion de sortie, le système étant configuré de sorte que lors de son fonctionnement un film est généré afin que lorsqu'un événement a lieu, on obtient un film des instants précédant l'événement, au cours de l'événement et après l'événement. L'invention concerne également un procédé de détection d'événements mettant en oeuvre ledit système.
