A system and method for providing and analyzing information regarding the association of services with elements of an organization. The system gathers information encoded in electronic form, organizes it into a services list, and correlates it with elements of an organization that are classified in an organizational hierarchy. A user of the system may examine a selected elements at any level of the organizational hierarchy and obtain information regarding all associated services, or vice versa. A user may further synchronize the services list and organizational hierarchy in such a manner that selection of an item from one displays corresponding data from the other.
Ce système et ce procédé permettent de fournir et d'analyser des informations concernant l'association de services à des éléments d'une organisation. En l'occurrence, le système rassemble des informations codées en format électronique, les organise pour donner une liste des services, et établit les corrélations se rapportant aux éléments de l'organisation une fois qu'ils sont organisés en structure hiérarchique. Un utilisateur du système peut alors examiner des éléments sélectionnés à n'importe quel niveau de la structure hiérarchique, et obtenir des informations concernant tous les services associés ou réciproquement. Un utilisateur peut en outre synchroniser la liste des services et la structure hiérarchique de façon qu'une sélection d'une rubrique de l'un donne des données correspondantes issues de l'autre.
