The invention helps reduce costs for international calls. When an international call is detected a database is queried (202). Dependent on the results of the database query, the call is either routed using intentional routing (204) or the call is routed using an internet protocol (IP) gateway (206) that completes the call. The subscriber/caller is identified by his/her calling number, e.g, mobile number. This number is used to verify whether the caller has access to special services, e.g, LCR when using a mobile telephone rather than a telephone within a corporate network. The verification of the callers number is performed by an Intelligent Network (IN SCP 616) using a database (618).
L'invention contribue à réduire les coûts d'appels internationaux. Lorsqu'un appel international est détecté, une base de données est interrogée (202). En fonction des résultats de l'interrogation de la base de données, l'appel est acheminé au moyen d'un acheminement intentionnel (204) ou l'appel est acheminé au moyen d'une passerelle (206) de protocole Internet (IP) faisant aboutir l'appel. L'abonné/appelant est identifié par son numéro d'appel, par exemple un numéro mobile. Ce numéro est utilisé afin de vérifier si l'appelant a accès à des services spéciaux, par exemple de routage à moindre coût LCR, lors de l'utilisation d'un téléphone mobile au lieu d'un téléphone se trouvant dans un réseau d'entreprise. La vérification du numéro des appelants est effectuée par un réseau intelligent (IN SCP 616) à l'aide d'une base de données (618).
