A record of a document (20) is transmitted to a receiver so as to provide proof of transmission of the document by delivery of the to be transmitted document to a secure delivery box (10) which provides a copy of all documents being transmitted to the sender and/or the recipient and/or the service provider of the delivery box by a hard copy or electronic copy of the documents inserted into the delivery box (10) with the sender's address being visible through a transparent window (32) of the to be delivered document or entered by an external keyboard (46) of the delivery box so that copies and confirmation of delivery of transmitted documents is achieved (Fig.3).
Un bordereau de document est transmis à un récepteur pour apporter une preuve de transmission du document par livraison du document à faire parvenir dans une boîte de livraison sécurisée qui fournit un exemplaire de tous les documents en cours de transmission à l'expéditeur et/ou au destinataire et/ou au fournisseur de service de la boîte de livraison par une version papier ou électronique des documents insérés dans la boîte de livraison, l'adresse de l'expéditeur étant visible au travers d'une fenêtre transparente du document à livrer ou introduite par un clavier extérieur de la boîte de livraison de façon que les exemplaires et la confirmation de livraison des documents transmis soit effectuée.
