A method of selective sharing of an application window includes the step of selecting, at a source node, a first application window for sharing with at least one consumer node. A determination is made that a second window obscures at least some of the first application window. The first window is displayed on at least one consumer node, unobscured by the second window.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de partage sélectif d'une fenêtre d'application, lequel procédé comprend les étapes qui consistent à sélectionner, à un noeud source, une première fenêtre d'application afin de la partager avec au moins un noeud consommateur. Ensuite, le procédé consiste à déterminer qu'une seconde fenêtre cache au moins une partie de la première fenêtre d'application. La première fenêtre est affichée au moins sur le noeud consommateur, laquelle n'est pas cachée par la seconde fenêtre.
