A system for facilitating creation of a workflow for a business process (Fig 7, Workflow Designer). The system includes various computer routines and subroutines that configure a computer application for use within the business process (Fig 7, Route Name); configure an activity within the business process by associating that activity with one or more of the configured computer applications; and design a workflow by utilizing one or more of the configured activities. These activities may be configured to be executed on one or more computers that may be interconnected by computer networked connection, email, FTP or the like. This system has particular utility in businesses without technical staff. The system also has utility in configuring workflow associated with computer-assisted dictation (Fig 7, Item 1).
L'invention concerne un système destiné à faciliter la création d'un flux de travaux en vue d'une opération commerciale. Ce système comprend diverses routines et sous-routines informatiques permettant de configurer une application informatique destinée à être utilisée dans cette opération commerciale, de configurer une activité dans ladite opération commerciale par association de cette activité à une ou plusieurs applications informatiques configurées, et de concevoir un flux de travaux au moyen d'une ou de plusieurs activités configurées. Ces activités peuvent être exécutées sur un ou plusieurs ordinateurs interconnectables par connexion réseau informatique, courrier électronique, protocole FTP, etc. Ce système présente une utilité particulière dans les entreprises dépourvues de personnel technique. Il est également utile pour configurer un flux de travaux associé à la dictée assistée par ordinateur.
