The interface receives data representing genomic information of a patient. The repository includes a patient record incorporating data representing genomic information specific to a particular patient. A data processor compares the genomic information specific to a particular patient with the received genomic information. The data processor identifies a genomic match in response to the comparison and predetermined matching criteria. The data processor initiates processing of patient record information specific to the particular patient in response to an identified match
