A percutaneous tape preparation containing fentanyl or its salt, a pressure- sensitive adhesive and sodium acetate. It is preferable that the salt of fentanyl is fentanyl citrate. This preparation is little irritative to the skin and excellent in the percutaneous permeation of fentanyl and has a high stability even after the passage of time.

Préparation en ruban percutanée contenant du fentanyl ou son sel, un adhésif autocollant et de l'acétate de sodium. Il est préférable que le sel de fentanyl soit du citrate de fentanyl. Cette préparation est peu irritante pour la peau, elle est excellente du point de vue de la pénétration percutanée du fentanyl et présente une haute stabilité au fil du temps.
