A telecommunications network, with an exchange (1) in which a storage device (3) stores services which the subscriber can have executed by the exchange, is characterised in that the exchange (1) is designed such that it enables the subscriber to transmit programs and/or commands or macros to the storage device (3) of the exchange (1) and that it allows at least the subscriber who has sent these programs/commands to the exchange (1) to activate and also deactivate these programs/commands. A subscriber can thus create and/or adapt programs for his own requirements.
