A thermal energy distribution system in which thermal energy bound to a heat carrier and concentratedly generated for heating and/or cooling of buildings (14) is arranged to be distributed to heating devices (16) of buildings (14) by means of one pipe or one group of pipes (10) and correspondingly, cooling energy is arranged to be distributed to cooling devices (15) by means of another pipe or group of pipes (30). To lower the costs the temperatures of the heat carriers returning from the cooling and heating devices (15 16) are adjusted to be essentially equal and the heat carriers are arranged to be returned to the energy production plant by means of a common return pipe or group of return pipes (20).
L'invention concerne un système de distribution d'énergie thermique dans lequel l'énergie thermique liée à un caloporteur et générée sous forme concentrée pour chauffer et/ou refroidir des immeubles (14) est destinée à être distribuée aux appareils de chauffage (16) desdits immeubles (14) par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite ou d'un groupe de conduites (10) et où, par conséquent, l'énergie de refroidissement est destinée à être distribuée à des appareils de refroidissement (15), par l'intermédiaire d'une autre conduite ou d'un autre groupe de conduites (30). Afin de réduire les coûts, les températures des caloporteurs revenant des appareils de refroidissement et des appareils de chauffage (15, 16) sont ajustées afin d'être sensiblement équivalentes, et les caloporteurs sont renvoyés dans l'installation de production d'énergie, par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite commune de retour ou d'un groupe de conduites de retour (20).
