A thermoplastic compound comprising at least one linear or branched thermoplastic polymer or copolymer, having at least one reactive or graftable site (F1), which polymer is compounded with at least one hyperbranched dendritic polyester macromolecule being composed of a monomeric or polymeric nucleus and one or more monomeric or polymeric branching or spacing chain extenders. The macromolecule is optionally chain terminated and/or functionalised, whereby terminal chain extender functions, chain termination and/or funtionalisation provides the macromolecule with at least one reactive or graftable site (F2) being reactive to or graftable onto said reactive or graftable site (F1). In a further aspect, the invention relates to a thermoplastic composition comprising two or more components, whereby at least one is said thermoplastic compound. In yet a further aspect, the invention relates to a thermoplastic article made of one or more thermoplastic compounds, whereby at least one is said thermoplastic compound.
Composé thermoplastique comprenant au moins un polymère ou un copolymère thermoplastique linéaire ou ramifié, possédant au moins un site (F1) réactif ou pouvant être greffé, ledit polymère étant composé d'au moins une macromolécule de polyester dendritique hyperramifié composée d'un noyau monomère ou polymère et d'un ou de plusieurs allongeurs de chaîne monomères ou polymères, à ramifications ou à espacements. Cette macromolécule est éventuellement soit en terminaison de chaîne, soit fonctionnalisée, les fonctions d'allongeur de chaîne terminale, la terminaison ou la fonctionnalisation de chaîne conférant à cette macromolécule au moins un site réactif ou pouvant être greffé (F2) réagissant audit site réactif ou pouvant être greffé (F1) ou pouvant être greffé sur celui-ci. Selon un autre aspect, l'invention concerne une composition thermoplastique comprenant deux ou plusieurs constituants, dont un au moins est ledit composé thermoplastique. Selon encore un autre aspect, l'invention concerne un article thermoplastique fabriqué en un ou plusieurs composés thermoplastiques, dont un au moins est ledit composé thermoplastique.
