The invention relates to a laminated fabric heater element, heater and a process for manufacturing the heater element and heater. The heater comprises an electrically conductive fabric layer attached to bus bars, is sandwiched between two thermoplastic films forming a heater assembly. In the process making the heater element or heater, the layers of the heater assembly by consolidating the layers of films and fabric into a single sheet heater without the use of adhesive resins. The heater can be made of variable geometry, electrical supply voltage and power, and can withstand more mechanical, chemical, ultraviolet radiation and other environmental stresses than prior art heaters.
L'invention concerne un élément de chauffage de stratifié, un dispositif de chauffage et un procédé permettant de fabriquer l'élément de chauffage et le dispositif de chauffage. Ledit dispositif comprenant une couche de tissu conductrice reliée à des barres omnibus est pris en sandwich entre deux films thermoplastiques formant un ensemble dispositif de chauffage. Dans le processus de fabrication de l'élément de chauffage ou du dispositif de chauffage, les couches de l'ensemble dispositif de chauffage sont produites par rassemblement des couches ou films et du tissu en un dispositif de chauffage à couche unique sans utilisation de résines adhésives. Le dispositif de chauffage peut présenter une géométrie variable, une tension d'alimentation électrique variable et une puissance électrique variable et il peut supporter plus de contraintes mécaniques, chimiques et environnementales et de rayonnements ultraviolets que les dispositifs de chauffage de l'état de la technique.
