A multipurpose exercise machine is disclosed which allows for adjusting the machine for the purpose of creating a wide range of exercises using only three points of adjustment, as compared to four points of adjustment needed in the prior art. Said three point adjustment machine is more versatile, simpler, faster, easier to handle and accessible from one location for adjustments. It has a one point height adjustment and offers full range of undisturbed bench or functional exercises without sacrificing their proper form. Various lifting or pulling exercises that require pure vertical resistance can be performed without additional attachments or changing of the body position of the exerciser. It can be used with at least one swing-away workout station and has more economical use of the cable length. It utilizes different modes of resistance by using just one adjustable structure. Beside traditional resistance, various body weight exercises with ability of changing positions and intensity can be also performed.
