A three way switching controller (1) for handling high purity gas, and the like, used for a semiconductor manufacturing plant, and the like, prevents lines on switching sides thereof from communicating with each other at time of switching. The three way switching controller includes a body (2), first and second valves (3 and 4), a cylinder (5), and a linking mechanism (6), with the linking mechanism including a disengagement device (7). The cylinder, operating through the linking mechanism, alternately opens and closes normally-closed valves. The disengagement means prevents a driving force of the cylinder from being applied at once to the valves upon initiation of operation of the cylinder, thereby allowing both of the valves to be in a free state (closed state).
Commande de commutation à trois voies (1) destinée à régler l'écoulement de gaz de qualité supérieure, et d'autres substances semblables, dans une usine de fabrication de semiconducteurs ou autres articles semblables. La commande empêche les conduites des différents côtés de la commande de commutation de communiquer ensemble au moment de la commutation. La commande comprend : un corps (2); une première et une seconde soupapes (3,4); un cylindre (5); et un mécanisme de raccordement (6) doté d'un dispositif de désenclenchement (7). Le cylindre, fonctionnant à travers le mécanisme de raccordement, ouvre et ferme en alternance les soupapes normalement fermées. Le dispositif de désenclenchement empêche la force motrice du cylindre d'être appliquée en même temps aux soupapes lorsque que le cylindre commence à fonctionner, ce qui permet aux deux soupapes d'être dans un état libre (en position fermée).
